Order Related

Use the Search box at the top of any Primestores page. For example, to find a laptop, use the search phrase “laptop”. If you’re not sure what you’re looking for, or if you just want to scroll through an item listing, browsing is the better option. When you browse on Primestores, you can click through categories and lists of items, exploring as you go, until you find something you’re interested in.

 

Primestores sells products on behalf of sellers on the website. Buying from Primestores is easy: You can simply find the products you want and add the products to your shopping cart and proceed through checkout using any of Primestores’ available payment methods.

 

We are only an online e-commerce website and we do not have a showroom. We however have individual suppliers who may or may not have showrooms and physical shops?

  1. Find the product you wish to buy

Keyword search boxes are located on every page of the website. You can also filter products by category. When you find a product that interests you, click the ‘add to cart icon’, title or name of the product to see its details, including availability.

Found the products you want to buy? Click on Add to cart. Your shopping cart contains all the products that you have selected to buy. Once you’ve added a product to your shopping cart, you can go back and keep searching and adding to your cart. You can access the contents of your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the cart button at the top right of any page on the Prime Stores website.

You can also add products to your Wish List, which is a handy list of all the products that you do not want to check out with immediately, or which are out of stock but that you want to remember for later. You can move products between your shopping cart and your Wish List. Products have to be in your shopping cart for you to check out.

  1. Checkout

3.1. Click Proceed to Checkout after you’ve reviewed the items in your Shopping Cart.

3.2. If prompted, sign in to your account or create a new account if this is your first order.

3.3. Choose your delivery method:

3.4. Choose your payment method. Be sure you’ve applied any Gift Vouchers or coupon codes you want to use on your order.

3.5. Review your order details and complete payment

Delivery times vary depending on suppliers,  location and type of goods. Please get in touch if your order is not received within a reasonable time frame. 

To register as a user, click Register at the top of the Primestores website and create an account. We’ll need your full name, e-mail address, a password and at least one contact number.

Payment can be made via:

DPO – Pay via Mastercard and VISA Card

PAYNOW

COD (Cash on Delivery): Offered as a payment option for certain orders, delivered within certain geographical areas, and on select products based on value. Only cash payments are accepted. No card or digital payment facilities are available at this time.

MUKURU – You can send money via Mukuru Money Transfer

Cash Drop Off –  You can drop off your cash at our Harare offices

Bank Deposit –  You can also deposit your cash in our CABS Bank Account. 

Shipping & Delivery Related

There are a number of options available for you to get your order.

You can choose to collect/pick up your order from the supplier. You however need to check the address/pick-up points for each supplier because our suppliers are dotted around Zimbabwe. If the pick-up option is not availabe or you reside in a different geographical area with the supplier, no need to worry, your goods will be  delivered to you. If you are not sure about anything, please get in touch, we are at your service.

The seller is the supplier and shipper of your order. Once the order is placed, a supply and preparation time is needed before the package can be shipped.  To know the expected shipping date, you can contact the seller directly by Message from the order concerned. You can also get in touch with us.

You can check the status of your order anytime on our site, you only need to provide your order number and email that you used on the order.

Please note:

  • The countdown in terms of the shipping period begins once your payment has been authorised. For credit cards this means that once the bank gives us an authorisation code. For cash deposits and Internet transfers this means once the funds reflect in our bank account.
  • Business days are defined as Mondays to Fridays, excluding public holidays

Once the order is shipped, a tracking number will be systematically communicated. It is recommended to regularly track the package with the package number. 

If you received an incomplete delivery you can notify us, then our friendly customer service team will be in touch with you to assist.

If you forgot your password, you could try to retrieve password by following below steps:
1. Click “Forgot Password” on the sign in page.

2. Fill in your registered email address and click ‘Submit’.

3. You’ll receive an email with a password reset link.

4. Click this and type in your new password

1. Go to Login page , click Register to register an account.

2. Enter your email address, tick the Agreement and Submit
